The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 AM when Davenport police, fire, and medic EMS responded to reports of a collision between an eastbound train and a vehicle. According to initial investigations, the car, occupied by two adult males, was traveling north on Marquette Street when it failed to obey the railroad crossing signals.
