Creek County, OK (February 12, 2025) – A tragic accident on the Turner Turnpike near mile marker 210 claimed the life of an Oklahoma City woman on January 11, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).
Authorities say Amanda Allee was driving eastbound when her vehicle veered off the roadway to the right, colliding with a legally parked semi-truck on the outside shoulder. Sadly, Allee was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of the impact.
The driver of the semi was transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation and was later released. Officials have not yet determined what caused Allee to leave the roadway, and the crash remains under investigation.
We would like to extend our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased victim.
