Cooper County, MO (December 8, 2024) – Late Saturday night, a serious two-vehicle crash occurred on I-70 eastbound near the 105-mile marker, involving a 2018 Toyota Camry and a 2014 Subaru Forester. The accident, reported at 11:45 PM, resulted in significant vehicle damage and left one person injured.
According to authorities, the crash happened when the Toyota Camry, driven by a 19-year-old female from Robertsville, MO, collided with the Subaru Forester, driven by a 55-year-old male from Columbia, MO. The collision caused both vehicles to leave the roadway and overturn. Emergency responders transported the driver of the Subaru to University Hospital with moderate injuries. The driver of the Toyota was reportedly uninjured. Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene by Nash Towing.
