Conway, SC (January 17, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer carrying heavy equipment caused significant disruptions on Highway 90 near Long Leaf Pine Dr. Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR) responded to the scene after being dispatched at approximately 5:10 p.m.
