Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in California

These accidents are frequently caused by speeding, driver inattention, or failure to yield at crosswalks.
Under California law, drivers involved in an accident must stop, render aid, and report the incident. Failing to do so can result in severe criminal charges.
