Truck Accidents in New Jersey
Collisions involving large trucks, especially tanker trucks, often result in severe damage and injuries due to the size and weight difference between commercial vehicles and passenger cars. Accidents on high-speed roadways like I-78 can be especially dangerous, as impact forces are greater and congestion can lead to secondary crashes.
Drivers can reduce their risk of being involved in a truck-related crash by maintaining a safe following distance, avoiding blind spots, and exercising caution when merging near large vehicles. Truck operators are also urged to stay alert, monitor road conditions, and follow safety regulations to minimize crash risks.
In the aftermath of a serious accident, seeking medical attention is crucial, even for seemingly minor injuries. If you or a loved one has been involved in a truck-related crash, legal and medical resources are available to help navigate the recovery process and understand your options.
