Clay, MO (September 13, 2024) – A serious accident occurred Thursday, September 12, on westbound MO-92 near Tillman Rd, involving a 2015 Honda CVR 300R and a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse. The crash left two people injured.

A 17-year-old male driving the Honda CVR 300R sustained serious injuries and was transported to North Kansas City Hospital. The 73-year-old driver of the Chevrolet Traverse, Arlene Turner, suffered minor injuries and was also taken to the same hospital.

The accident happened when the Honda attempted to overtake traffic and collided with the Chevrolet, ejecting the Honda driver. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash, and further details will be provided as the inquiry continues.
