Cincinnati, OH (February 21, 2025) – A man lost his life in a collision on Riverside Drive near the Montgomery Inn Boathouse on Thursday night.
According to Cincinnati Police, the crash occurred around 8:15 p.m. when a Toyota Corolla, driven by 31-year-old Nicholas Kammerer, was exiting a parking lot onto Riverside Drive. As the vehicle entered the roadway, it was struck by a Dodge Charger.
Emergency responders transported Kammerer to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the Charger was not injured in the crash.
Authorities are actively investigating the role speed may have played in the accident. Additional details have not yet been released.
