Chesterfield, MI (September 8, 2024) – A severe collision occurred on Saturday, September 7, at the intersection of Gratiot Ave and 24 Mile Rd, involving a motorcycle and an SUV. Chesterfield Police responded to the scene of the accident. The 35-year-old motorcyclist sustained critical injuries and was rushed to McLaren Macomb Hospital. He remains in the ICU in critical but stable condition.
