Bus Accidents in North Carolina
Bus accidents, while less common than passenger vehicle crashes, can result in significant injuries due to the size and weight of these vehicles. Charlotte’s high-traffic roadways, such as E Independence Blvd, see frequent bus activity, increasing the risk of collisions in congested areas.
Factors that contribute to bus accidents include driver fatigue, distracted driving, mechanical failures, and other roadway hazards. Given the number of passengers that buses can carry, accidents involving these large vehicles have the potential to cause widespread injuries.
Victims of bus crashes may face medical bills, lost income, and other financial burdens. Those injured in these incidents may benefit from understanding their rights, including seeking compensation for their damages through legal avenues.
