According to the Cedar Park Police Department (CPPD), the incident took place around 7:15 PM at the intersection of Royal Lane and Lonestar Drive. A small section of Royal Lane, between West Whitestone Boulevard and Lonestar Drive, was closed off for several hours as authorities conducted their investigation.
