Capistrano, CA (November 29, 2024) – A traffic collision occurred at approximately 7:26 PM on southbound I-5 near Alicia Parkway. The incident, involving a white jeep and a black SUV, led to a multi-vehicle crash after two pedestrians were struck on the road. Initial reports indicate that the pedestrians, later identified as two individuals, were seen running in the lanes before being hit by passing vehicles, causing one of the vehicles to swerve and collide with another. Emergency responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were quick to arrive on the scene, providing medical assistance to the injured.
Unfortunately, the situation escalated, with at least one of the individuals seriously injured.
