Rear-End Collisions Involving School Buses in Missouri

School bus-related accidents, particularly rear-end collisions, can pose serious risks to both students and other motorists. According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, crashes involving school buses frequently occur due to driver inattention, reduced visibility, or sudden stops.

Victims of rear-end collisions may suffer injuries that require medical attention and long recovery times. Missouri follows an at-fault insurance system, meaning that injured individuals may be able to seek compensation from the responsible driver’s insurance provider.

If you or a loved one has been involved in a school bus accident or rear-end collision, seeking immediate medical care and legal guidance is crucial to ensuring your rights are protected and securing the compensation you deserve.
