The incident, reported at 8:50 AM, involved two vehicles that remained upright on the roadway with all occupants safely out of their vehicles upon arrival.
Initial reports indicated that one female suffered a neck injury, and a male was reported bleeding from the ear. Emergency medical services (EMS) assessed the injured individuals at the scene. Two Advanced Life Support (ALS) transports were conducted to Butler Memorial Hospital (BMH), with the first leaving at 9:16 AM and the second at 9:21 AM.
Emergency crews, including Stations 3, 1, and 99, managed the scene, which was cleared and turned over to Station 3 at 9:27 AM. The incident was terminated at 9:33 AM. Traffic in the area was briefly impacted as responders worked to address the situation and investigate the cause of the crash.
