Butler, PA (February 13, 2025) – Emergency responders in Butler were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday evening that left at least two vehicles blocking the roadway.
The crash occurred at approximately 5:50 p.m. at 404 S Monroe St. Butler Fire and Rescue stations 1 and 99 were dispatched to assist at the scene. Upon arrival at 5:53 p.m., emergency crews found two vehicles still on the roadway with injuries reported.. EMS later cleared the scene after one or more individuals refused medical transport.
The accident caused traffic disruptions in the area while crews worked to assess the situation and clear the vehicles from the roadway. By 6:39 p.m., the scene was declared clear, and all emergency units had cleared the area. Authorities have not yet provided further details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash.
