Butler, MO (January 16, 2025) – A serious head-on collision occurred on Wednesday afternoon on MO 51 in Brosley, involving a 2025 Kawasaki Teryx and a 1994 Ford F150. The accident, which happened at approximately 2:25 PM, left both drivers injured and required emergency response from multiple agencies.
Authorities reported that the crash took place when the Kawasaki Teryx, driven by a 14-year-old male juvenile from Brosley, crossed the center line and collided with the northbound Ford F150. The Kawasaki sustained total damage and was removed by the owner, while the Ford F150 sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene by Naberts.
The juvenile driver of the Kawasaki, who was not wearing a safety device, sustained serious injuries. He was transported by ambulance to meet an Air Evac team for further medical care. The driver of the Ford F150, a 41-year-old male from Brosley, was wearing a safety device and sustained moderate injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
