Bronx, NY (February 20, 2025) – A tragic incident occurred Thursday morning when a person was struck by a (2) train at the 149 St-Grand Concourse Station in the Bronx, leading to severe delays and service disruptions on multiple subway lines.
Emergency responders, including the NYPD and FDNY, were dispatched to the scene shortly after 7:40 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters and MTA personnel confirmed that an individual had been struck on the tracks.
