Blakeslee, PA (October 24, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Route 115 and the I-80 West On-Ramp in Tobyhanna Township, leading to injuries. Emergency responders were notified of the incident at approximately 4:13 p.m.
Reports indicated that the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and emergency medical services (EMS) units, including PMRP/EMS 803 and 8 Medic 1, responded promptly to the scene. The assigned PMRP unit advised control that they arrived on the scene at around 4:49 p.m.
By 4:51 p.m., EMS 8 Medic 1 reported that they, along with unit 803, had cleared the scene and were available, indicating that the patient had refused further medical assistance. The PMRP unit confirmed they were clear from the crash site by 5:22 p.m.
