Benicia, CA (December 23, 2024) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic collision involving injuries on I-680 N near the Benicia-Martinez Bridge Toll Plaza. The incident, which involved two vehicles, occurred just south of the toll plaza at approximately 9:36 a.m. yesterday.
California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports indicate that a silver Ford Focus and a silver Ford Mustang collided, resulting in the deployment of airbags in at least one of the vehicles. Fortunately, initial assessments revealed no life-threatening injuries; however, one party involved reported potential injuries consistent with minor trauma.
