Baton Rouge, LA (February 28, 2025) – A tragic crash on LSU’s campus Wednesday night resulted in the deaths of a student-athlete and a 23-year-old motorcyclist.
The accident occurred at approximately 9:07 p.m. when the driver of a Honda Accord, traveling south on Nicholson Drive, attempted to turn left onto South Quad Drive. During the turn, the vehicle was struck by a northbound motorcycle, leading to a devastating collision.
The Baton Rouge Police Department identified the motorcyclist as 23-year-old Bohdi Linton. The other victim was LSU freshman track and field student-athlete Dillon Reidenauer. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but both individuals succumbed to their injuries.
Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the driver of the Honda Accord, and an investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
