Batavia, NY (January 20, 2025) – Two teenagers suffered serious injuries Saturday evening after being struck by a vehicle at the intersection of W. Main Street and State Route 98 in Batavia. The accident occurred shortly after 6 p.m., prompting an emergency response.
Police reported that the two teens were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for treatment of their injuries. While their conditions are serious, they are expected to survive. The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
