The crash occurred around 7:15 AM at the intersection of Samsung Blvd and East Parmer Ln, prompting a response from Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS).
Emergency crews arrived at the scene to find two individuals requiring immediate medical attention. Despite their efforts to revive one of the victims, the person was pronounced dead at the scene. The other individual sustained severe injuries and was transported to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for further treatment.
