Authorities report that Walter Bryant, 70, from Oakland, OR, sustained moderate injuries. The crash occurred when a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 rolled southbound after the driver exited the vehicle. The truck struck Bryant, who had been the driver, before veering off the road and hitting a tree.

Bryant was transported by Atchison Holt EMS to Fairfax Community Hospital for treatment. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
