Acworth, NH (March 2, 2025) – A second-alarm house fire broke out at 66 Connecticut Heights Rd on Sunday night, prompting a significant emergency response.
Fire crews arrived at the scene shortly before 9:50 p.m. and reported difficult access to the burning structure. Two individuals sustained injuries and sought refuge at a neighbor’s house—one victim suffered burn injuries, while another experienced smoke inhalation.
Emergency medical teams initiated medevac transport, originally setting up a landing zone at Acworth Fire Department before relocating it to Acworth Town Hall. Officials reported that multiple fire suppression lines were in operation and successfully controlled the main flames.
