Highway Crash Risks in Miami
Miami’s highways, including I-95, are among the busiest in Florida, frequently experiencing congestion and high-speed travel that increase the risk of collisions. Sudden lane changes, distracted driving, and stop-and-go traffic conditions often lead to accidents. When crashes occur on major roadways without causing a roadblock, they can still contribute to secondary collisions due to sudden braking and driver inattention. Motorists are urged to remain alert, maintain a safe following distance, and avoid distractions while driving on Miami’s highways.
