Manchester, NH (March 5, 2025) – A woman was injured in a serious collision involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 93 northbound in Manchester on Tuesday evening. The crash occurred around 5 p.m. on an overpass just south of Exit 8, prompting a response from state troopers and emergency crews.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, 31-year-old Vanessa Popovich of Manchester was driving a bronze 2008 Acura TL when she veered out of her lane and passed underneath a white 2017 Freightliner tractor-trailer, driven by 21-year-old Tralon J. White of Texas. The impact left both vehicles entangled on the overpass.
Popovich sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Elliot Hospital for treatment. White was not injured in the crash. Authorities restricted traffic to one lane for approximately two hours while first responders worked to clear the scene. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
