Rear-End Collisions in Missouri
Rear-end crashes are among the most common types of accidents, often caused by following too closely, driver distraction, or sudden braking. These crashes frequently result in vehicle damage and injuries such as whiplash, head trauma, or back strain.
Missouri law requires drivers to maintain a safe following distance and remain attentive to traffic flow, especially when approaching intersections or turns. When a driver fails to stop in time, they may be held liable for damages, including medical costs and vehicle repairs.
For those injured in rear-end collisions, medical attention and financial recovery are top priorities. Navigating insurance claims and legal matters can be challenging, but professional guidance can help ensure that victims receive the support they need.
