Rear-End Collisions in Alabama
Rear-end accidents are among the most common types of crashes on roadways, often occurring at intersections or when traffic slows unexpectedly. Collisions like this can result in severe injuries or fatalities, especially at high speeds.
Many rear-end crashes are caused by driver inattention, following too closely, or failing to react in time when a vehicle stops ahead. While Alabama law requires drivers to maintain a safe distance, heavy traffic, distractions, or adverse road conditions can lead to dangerous situations.
Victims of rear-end crashes often suffer from whiplash, head trauma, or other serious injuries. Seeking immediate medical care and understanding legal options are critical steps following an accident.
