Abingdon, MD (February 28, 2025) – One person was hospitalized after a motor vehicle accident involving a loose tire in Harford County on Thursday.
Abingdon Fire Rescue, Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, and an ambulance from Harford County Department of Emergency Services responded to the scene. Emergency crews determined that a tire came off a vehicle and struck another car, causing injuries to the driver.
First responders provided medical care before transporting the injured individual to a local hospital. At this time, the extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
