St. Louis, MO (February 26, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 270 resulted in injuries to one person Tuesday morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 7:13 a.m. just south of Missouri Route 21. Reports indicate that a 2003 Honda Civic, driven by a 20-year-old man from Lake Saint Louis, struck the rear of a 2018 Subaru WRX. The impact caused the Subaru to collide with a 2023 Ford Transit traveling ahead of it.
Emergency responders from the Mehlville Fire Protection District arrived at the scene to assist those involved. A 25-year-old female occupant of the Subaru sustained injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for treatment. The drivers of the Honda Civic and the Ford Transit were uninjured and able to drive their vehicles from the scene. However, the Subaru sustained enough damage to require towing by Miners Towing.
