Right-of-Way Accidents in Ohio
Failure to yield the right-of-way is a leading cause of accidents at intersections in Ohio. Many crashes occur when drivers misjudge the speed of oncoming traffic, are distracted, or fail to recognize posted traffic controls. Intersections, particularly those without traffic lights, require heightened awareness from all drivers to prevent collisions.
In cases where failure to yield results in injuries, victims may face unexpected medical expenses and vehicle repair costs. Ohio law allows injured individuals to pursue claims against at-fault drivers to recover damages. Seeking legal guidance after an accident can help ensure that victims understand their rights and receive the support they need.
