Bowling Green, KY (February 25, 2025) – An injury accident was reported at the intersection of Russellville Rd and Southwest Pkwy early Tuesday morning.
Emergency responders, including Bowling Green Fire Department (BGFD Engine 4), EMS, and Bowling Green Police Department (BGPD), arrived at the scene shortly after the crash was reported at 12:54 a.m. Authorities stated that the crash occurred in the turning lane on the left side of the road.
At least one person was injured in the collision and reported experiencing back pain. Medics provided on-scene care and transported the injured individual to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Authorities worked to clear the roadway and investigate the circumstances of the crash. The number of vehicles involved and additional details regarding contributing factors have not yet been confirmed.
