Caln, PA (February 24, 2025) – A vehicle accident on the westbound Route 30 Bypass near the exit ramp for PA-340 prompted an emergency response from fire and EMS crews Monday night.
The crash was reported at approximately 7:46 p.m. between PA-322 and PA-340. According to reports, the accident involved a white work truck, with at least one person requiring medical evaluation by EMS. Fire crews arrived on the scene and temporarily closed the left lane while attending to the crash.
Authorities confirmed that one vehicle came to rest on the shoulder while the other remained in the left lane, causing delays for passing motorists. By 8:33 p.m., all fire and EMS crews had cleared the scene, and the roadway was fully reopened.
