Intersection Accidents in California
Intersections, such as Scott Road and Leon Road in Menifee, are among the most common locations for car accidents. With multiple lanes of traffic, crossing vehicles, and varying signal patterns, the risk of a collision increases—especially at night when visibility is lower.
Many intersection crashes result from driver negligence, including failing to yield, running red lights, or making unsafe turns. Speeding and distracted driving are also significant contributing factors. Unfortunately, these crashes often lead to severe injuries due to the angle and force of impact.
Under California law, victims of car accidents may be entitled to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages if another driver’s negligence caused the crash. However, proving liability can be complex, making legal guidance crucial in these cases.
