Pedestrian Accidents and DUI Crashes in Arizona
Pedestrian accidents, particularly those involving children, are devastating incidents that often lead to severe injuries or fatalities. Arizona’s busy intersections, such as 107th Avenue and Thomas Road, see a high volume of both vehicle and pedestrian traffic, making caution essential for all road users.
Driving under the influence is a serious offense that significantly increases the risk of fatal accidents. Impaired drivers have slower reaction times, reduced awareness, and impaired judgment, making it more difficult to avoid collisions—especially in areas where pedestrians are present.
For families dealing with the loss of a loved one due to a pedestrian accident, the emotional and financial burdens can be overwhelming. Seeking professional legal guidance may be necessary to navigate the complexities of wrongful death claims and hold responsible parties accountable.
