According to the Surprise Police Department, the accident occurred around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Bell Road. Authorities confirmed that a passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
