Ellsinore, MO (February 18, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US 60 and Highway V in Ellsinore left three people injured Monday afternoon. The accident occurred at approximately 2:50 p.m., prompting a response from emergency crews and law enforcement.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened when a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by a 30-year-old woman from Springfield, MO, failed to yield to oncoming traffic. A westbound 2021 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by a 25-year-old woman from Ellsinore, MO, then collided with the Dodge.
The impact left both vehicles with total damage, and they were towed from the scene by Fann’s Towing and Brook’s Towing. Emergency responders transported all three individuals involved to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment. The 30-year-old driver of the Dodge Grand Caravan suffered moderate injuries, while the 25-year-old driver of the Chevrolet Blazer and her 4-year-old male passenger sustained minor injuries. Authorities confirmed that all occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
