The crash was reported at approximately 8:27 a.m., prompting the dispatch of P34 units to the scene. Upon arrival, first responders found the tractor-trailer overturned, blocking part of the ramp, with at least one person trapped inside the vehicle. Fire crews worked quickly to extricate the individual while EMS provided medical treatment.
