Semi-Truck Accidents in West Virginia
Jackknifed semis and commercial vehicle crashes, like the ones on I-68, often occur due to slippery road conditions, high speeds, or sudden braking. These incidents can lead to multi-vehicle collisions, extended road closures, and significant traffic delays.
West Virginia highways see frequent truck traffic, increasing the risk of accidents involving large commercial vehicles. When crashes involve semis, injuries can be severe due to the size and weight of these trucks. Victims of truck accidents may be entitled to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages.
