Head-On Collisions in Missouri

Missouri law requires drivers to remain in their designated lanes and exercise caution to prevent lane departures. When a driver drifts into opposing traffic, the consequences can be devastating, leaving victims with severe injuries, significant medical expenses, and long-term rehabilitation needs.
