Onamia, MN (February 17, 2025) – Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 169 and Highway 27 in Mille Lacs County. The crash, which occurred at approximately 1:01 p.m., involved a 2014 Toyota Corolla and a 2022 Rivian T1T pickup.
According to reports, the Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound on Highway 27 when it entered the intersection and collided with the Rivian pickup, which was traveling northbound on Highway 169. The impact led to injuries for one of the drivers involved.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the Toyota Corolla, identified as 22-year-old Olivia Paris Oberfeld of Isle, MN, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. She was transported to Mille Lacs Health Onamia Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Rivian pickup, 46-year-old Ronald Joseph Dosedel of Prior Lake, MN, was unharmed in the crash. Additionally, two young passengers in the Rivian, ages 11 and 13, were also uninjured.
Emergency responders from Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Department were present to assist at the crash scene. Investigators have not reported any contributing factors such as alcohol involvement. The cause of the accident remains under review.
