Richmond, VA (February 14, 2025) – Emergency personnel responded to a vehicle collision with reported injuries in the Northern Barton Heights neighborhood of Richmond on Friday morning. The crash occurred at approximately 11:11 a.m. in the 2900 block of North Ave.
