San Diego, CA (February 13, 2025) – A residential structure fire broke out early Wednesday morning at 2403 Manzana Way, leaving three people injured. Firefighters responded to the scene at approximately 1:36 a.m. PST after receiving a 911 report of the blaze.
Emergency crews arrived and secured a water source while additional responders assisted in evacuating residents and pets from the burning home. Three ambulances were dispatched to the scene to treat burn victims. Firefighters successfully knocked down the flames by 1:47 a.m. and conducted a primary search of the building to check for anyone still inside.
Crews then worked to ventilate the structure, clearing smoke and ensuring there was no fire extension into the attic. At this time, the severity of the victims’ injuries has not been disclosed, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
