Butler County, PA (February 12, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries on Hooker Rd in Butler County on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was reported at approximately 4:17 p.m., prompting a response from Stations 30, 26, and 56. Upon arrival at 4:25 p.m., emergency personnel found both vehicles with moderate front-end damage, and all occupants had exited their vehicles.
Medics assessed the injured individuals, with one patient suffering an arm injury requiring medical evaluation. By 4:42 p.m., emergency responders transported the injured individual to Butler Memorial Hospital (BMH) for further treatment. Authorities temporarily closed Hooker Rd in the crash area while crews worked to clear the scene. The incident was officially terminated at 5:25 p.m.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
