The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on San Pedro Ave near Cage Ave, close to Oblate Dr. According to authorities, three vehicles were involved in the crash. However, one of the vehicles fled the scene before police arrived.
A passenger in one of the cars sustained a broken leg and was transported to University Hospital for treatment. The woman driving another vehicle was also taken to the hospital as a precaution after experiencing chest pain, likely caused by the impact with her seatbelt.
