Florence, SC (February 4, 2025) – A house fire broke out in the western part of Florence on Monday night, leaving several pets dead and requiring medical assistance for one person. Multiple fire departments responded to the scene to battle the flames and conduct rescue operations.
The fire was reported just before 7 p.m. in the 3900 block of West Lake Dr, where crews found a working fire in the garage of a large single-family home. Firefighters quickly worked to contain the blaze while simultaneously searching the property for occupants.
