Head-On Collisions in Florida
Head-on collisions are among the most severe types of crashes, often resulting in catastrophic injuries or fatalities. These accidents commonly occur due to wrong-way driving, driver fatigue, or distractions. High-speed roadways like US Highway 98 pose additional dangers, particularly during early morning or late-night hours when visibility is reduced.
Victims of serious crashes, as well as families of those who have lost loved ones, often face overwhelming emotional and financial burdens, including medical expenses, funeral costs, and lost income. While Florida’s no-fault insurance system provides coverage, wrongful death claims or personal injury lawsuits may be necessary to seek additional compensation when another party is responsible for the crash.
