Serious Highway Crashes in Pennsylvania
Interstate accidents, particularly those involving ejections and entrapment, often lead to life-threatening injuries. High-speed roadways like I-80 are known for increased accident risks due to heavy traffic, sudden lane changes, and adverse weather conditions.
According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), crashes on major highways frequently involve speeding, driver fatigue, or impaired driving. Rollover crashes and multi-vehicle collisions increase the likelihood of serious injuries, especially when passengers are ejected or become trapped inside a vehicle.
Victims injured in high-speed crashes may face extensive medical treatment, rehabilitation, and financial strain due to lost wages and medical expenses. If another party’s negligence contributed to the crash, victims may have legal options to seek compensation for their losses. Consulting with a legal professional can help accident victims understand their rights and navigate the claims process effectively.
