San Bernardino, CA (February 3, 2025) – A head-on collision involving multiple vehicles resulted in injuries Saturday afternoon on State Route 138 (SBd-138), according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The accident occurred at approximately 1:48 p.m. near mile marker 138, just east of Horsethief Canyon. Authorities reported that a white Toyota Corolla and a green Dodge Charger collided head-on, with a third vehicle also involved in the crash. One of the vehicles overturned, and at least one person inside the Dodge Charger sustained injuries.
Emergency responders, including fire crews, arrived on the scene and blocked the eastbound lane while assisting the injured. Tow trucks were requested to remove the damaged vehicles, and traffic delays were expected in the area.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
