Nashville, TN (January 31, 2025) – A serious collision on Interstate 40 in West Nashville left three people injured early Friday morning, leading to significant road closures and infrastructure damage.
According to reports, the crash happened around 12:15 a.m. in the westbound lanes near mile marker 202. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to provide aid to the injured and clear the roadway.
Dispatch confirmed that at least three people sustained injuries in the crash. Two of the injured victims were transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, while the third was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The extent of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.
